The Little Butterflies - San Ramon is Hiring an Infant / Toddler Teacher Near San Ramon, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant /Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the early educational experiences of young children. You will create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and develop important skills for their future.

Qualification:

12 ECE units Infant Toddler units ( If you are enrolled in the infant toddler units we can consider it)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum

- Provide a variety of learning activities to promote cognitive, social, and physical development

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

- Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive activities

- Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience

- Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress

Experience:

- Previous experience working with 1 year to 2 year aged children is preferred

- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices

- Familiarity with behavior management techniques

- Strong classroom management skills

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each child

- Understanding of literacy education strategies for young learners

- Experience in special education or working with children with special needs is a plus but not required
